Types of Therapy

  • The Hakomi Method: A mindfulness-based, body-centred psychotherapy that invites embodied contact with the core of your wounding, and enables you to prove yourself with a new, nourishing experience that you need. It is profoundly powerful.
  • Emotion-Focused Therapy: Helps you to deepen your emotional awareness, process painful feelings, and transform your emotions.
  • Person-Centred Therapy: Builds a safe, non-judgmental space where you are deeply accepted, understood, and empowered to grow at your own pace.
  • Sand Tray: The creative use of sand and miniature objects to help you express emotions and experiences that might be hard to put into words. In the sand, you can safely explore feelings, memories, and experiences in a contained and supported way. This enables new insights and a deeper understanding of yourself.

How I Can Help

As a counsellor and someone who also sits in the client’s seat, I know that it’s essential to find the right fit. Delving into your inner world can feel vulnerable and frightening, but it can also be profoundly healing and life-affirming. You need someone on your team that can support you.

Think of me as the Samwise to your Frodo (if you’ve seen The Lord of the Rings)! My purpose is to accompany you on your inward journey. I won’t push, prod, or try to fix you. Rather, depth psychotherapy unfolds over time, and change happens organically. But trust me, it will happen.

If you’re ready to commit to your inner growth, I invite you to contact me.
